RE: Extension Request for The Gateway at Harmony Road PUD
I have received a request for a one-year extension on The Gateway
at Harmony Road PUD, which was approved by the Planning and Zoning
Board on April 3, 1989 and has previously received a one-year
extension. This project consists of a gas station with a 1,200
square foot sales building, six gas pumps and an 800 square foot
one bay car wash located at the southwest corner of Kensington
Drive and College Avenue. The PUD is scheduled to expire on April
3, 1993.
The property owners have requested a one year extension, which if
approved, would extend the current approval until April 3, 1994.
Please indicate your concerns below, if any, regarding this
extension request by Friday, March 12, 1993.

RE: The Gateway at Harmony Road PUD
Gentlemen:
Wickham Gustafson, Architects, on behalf of Total Petroleum,
Inc., hereby requests a one year extension to tne expiration date
of the above referenced PUD. Total Petroleum recently purchased
the property from Amoco Oil Company and is in the process of
preparing Construction Documents for a Total branded Service
Station, Convenience Store and Car Wash. It is Total Petroleums'
intent to construct the facilities late spring or early summer of
1993. However, the process of preparing Construction Documents,
building permit review and contractor bidding by the expiration
date will be extremely difficult, if not impossible. Because of
the time constraints imposed by the PUD expiration date and the
process of gaining governmental approval for a building permit a
one year extension to the expiration date would be most
beneficial.
Sincerely,
Robert Gustafson
