RE: GATEWAY AT HARMONY P.U.D. FILING ONE
Dear Joe:
The following letter outlines our response to your letter of comments con-
cerning the First Filing numbered in the same order as your comments.
1. Shown dotted on the plan is the existing curb line to be removed and
replaced. A note defines the responsibilities of this improvement.
2. The ultimate width of the right-of-way as seen by the State is 120
feet. Current R.O.W. on our half of the street is 60 feet and an ad-
ditional R.O.W. of 10 feet is to be granted. Any additional improve-
ments may occur within the utility easements.
3. We will coordinate with a meeting.
4. Utility plan coordination has been accomplished by the engineer.
5. AMOCO has contacted Poudre Fire Authority concerning the new regulations
for tank installations.
6. The new ground sign for AMOCO is shown as an attachment to this letter.
7. An additional sidewalk is provided.
8. Elevations have been revised.
9. Additional landscaping on College and Kensington has been provided
and on site. The height of berms has been shown.
10. Size of Radiant Crabs and Spring Snow Crab has been up sized. Size of
plantings are to the scale of 10-year maturity for the species on a
well irrigated site.
11. The note concerning forestry permit has been added.
12. Information on lighting levels is coming directly from AMOCO.
We appreciate your comments and see the benefits as to how to improve the
project for all concerned.
