Dear Mr. Procopio:
I received your recent request for two concurrent 6 month
extensions of the approved Gateway at Harmony Road PUD-first
filing, which was first approved on April 3, 1989. This request
has been reviewed by the pertinent City departments and affected
outside utility providers. This extension request has been
granted, with conditions. The Gateway at Harmony Road PUD-first
filing would expire on April 3, 1993. The conditions are as
follows:
1. The construction plans need to be revised to meet current
storm drainage standards, including an erosion control plan
with calculations. No site work can begin until the plan is
approved and the appropriate bond is posted. Please contact
Susan Hayes at 221-6589 if you have any questions.
2. The Stormwater Quality Pilot Project, sponsored by the
Stormwater Utility, is still planned for this site as per the
administrative change dated May 22, 1991. If you have further
questions about this pilot project please contact Susan Hayes
at 221-6589.
Please be reminded that development of the P.U.D. is subject to the
approved plans, development agreement, and any conditions of
approval as specified by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Additionally, any future extension requests must be submitted for
review by the Planning and Zoning Board. Such requests must be
submitted in writing, at least 30 days prior to the date of
expiration. There is a $50.00 application fee for extension
requests that must be heard by the Board.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not
hesitate to contact me. It

DATE: October 23, 1991
I have received a request for two consecutive six-month extensions
for The Gateway at Harmony Road PUD First Filing case #1-88C, which
was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on April 3, 1989. If
approved, this request would extend the life of this project until
April 3, 1993.
The Gateway at Harmony Road PUD First Filing consists of a gas
station with a 1200 sq. ft. sales building, six gas pumps, and an
800 sq. ft. one bay car wash located at the southwest corner of
Kensington Drive and College Avenue. The PUD is allowed to be
extended by administrative approval for two, six month extensions.
This PUD has not been granted any previous extensions. Amoco has
been identified as the tenant for this gas station.
Please review this request and comment by Friday November 1, 1991

Dear Kirstin,
Amoco Oil Company would appreciate your Department's
approval of two concurrent 6 month extensions of our
approved PUD's at the above referenced locations. It
appears we will not be in a position to construct the
facilities until late 1992.
If you have any questions or need additional information,
please contact me.
Sincerely,
