Part 2.
The comment given by the Highway Department regarding drainage on the
Gateway at Harmony Road, P.U.D is pretty generic. The site will have
on -site detention, and will be draining into a 42" storm sewer that
runs north -south in College Ave. Given this design, this site should not
impact the Highway Department's right-of-way.
