Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
January 23, 1989*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall, will
hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your neighborhood. The pro-
posed project is commonly known as Gateway at Harmony Road PUD - Preliminary,
Case Number 1-88B.
The applicants are seeking approval for 26,000 square feet of auto-related/roadside
commercial/business uses on 4.5 acres. The proposed project is located at the
northwest corner of Harmony Road and College Avenue and is zoned H-B, Highway
Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
