Dear Mr. Zdenek;
SUBJECT: The Gateway to Harmony Road PUD, Master Plan (#1-88) and Prelimi-
nary (#1-88A)
As discussed with City Staff and your office, a special work session with
the Planning and Zoning Board has been scheduled for April 20, 1988, 5:00
p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the CIC room at City Hall. The purpose of the work
session will be to review the proposed access onto Harmony Road for The
Gateway To Harmony Road PUD. To prepare for the work session please submit
information regarding the access and a cover letter addressed to the P & Z
Board which addresses the issue. Please submit this information to me by
Monday, April llth.
The proposed site is considered a significant location within the City of
Fort Collins and will eventually be the "gateway" to the City. I have
enjoyed working with you and the representatives from McDonalds on this
project and hope we can work out the remaining concerns once the access
issue is settled.
Because of the timing of this work session the project will be heard at the
May 23rd Planning and Zoning Board Hearing.
