Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 RE: The Gateway at Harmony Road #01-7045 Dear Ms. DeBesche: The following is in response to your comments as set forth in your letter of January 15, 1988: 1. We are working on access with both the City and State. 2. A plat will be provided at final P.U.D. 3. See Site Plan. 4. See Site Plan. 5. See Site Plan notes. 6. See Site Plan notes. 7. We have shown public access easements on the preliminary site plan. If more are necessary, please show us where to put them and we will provide them on the final plan and plat. 8.
