PRUNED OR REMOVED IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. THIS
INCLUDES ZONES BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND CURB, MEDIANS
AND OTHER CITY PROPERTY. THIS PERMIT SHALL APPROVE THE
