Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
March 28, 1988*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall, will hold a
public hearing on proposed developments in your neighborhood. The proposed pro-
jects are commonly known as The Gateway at Harmony Road PUD - Master Plan,
Case Number #1-88 and The Gateway at Harmony Road PUD - Preliminary - Case
Number 1-88A. The applicants are requesting approval for:
The Gateway at Harmonv Road PUD - Master Plan - 28,520 square feet of auto -
related and roadside commercial uses on 6.61 acres, located at the northwest corner
of Harmony Road and College Avenue, zoned H-B, Highway Business.
The Gateway at Harmonv Road PUD - Preliminary - 7,200 square feet of commer-
cial uses including fast food restaurant, and retail convenience store on 3.40 acres,
located at the northwest corner of Harmony Road and College Avenue, zoned H-B,
Highway Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the
project based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or
