Dick Rutherford will be modifying his input to the city to comply with all
points in your January 27, 1988 letter, except for item 3, Planning
Objectives, which I am enclosing and items 10, 11, and 12. If these
objectives do not address the correct items, please let me know.
Response to item #10 -
The 1200 sq feet of landscaping affected by the addition
will remove 3 deciduous trees, and also possibly remove
1 of a clump of 3 evergreens.
Response to item #11 -
The horizontal bands on the top of the chain link fence
are presently barb wire, because that is what is
required by the government bid. However, we will
attempt to have it replaced by "colored cable" which our
architects think will be attractive and still meet the
security requirements.
Response to item #12 -
Find enclosed an executed owner's certification.
