RE: Existing Tree Removal Feasibility Letter for Kum&Go Store #951
Dear Ms. Boot:
On behalf of our client, we request permission for the removal of thirty-one existing trees on the
above referenced development site.
All of these trees are located in areas that will be disturbed by construction either of new City
sidewalk, building, parking or site fence as required by City buffer between commercial and
residential zoning uses.
The enclosed table defines the trees that are proposed for removal and how they will be
mitigated. For a map of the existing trees, please see the Tree Mitigation Plan (Sheet L1.0) in
the PSP submittal.
