Tree Removal Justification
With the development of this property, the improvements include new landscape site improvements as
well as the addition of home and multi-use infrastructure. These improvements and their subsequent
grading efforts will require the removal of 7 trees and 1 small grouping of trees in order to provide the
level of development required.
Existing trees being removed are summarized as follows:

To offset the loss of the existing trees, 6.5 mitigation trees will be planted on site, or off-site in a nearby
location.
