MIDLAND GREENS PUD
Please note that this application is a combination of the Midland Greens
project we sent to you a few months ago and the Estates West PUD which
received Plaster Plan approval in September, 1985. The street and open
space layouts for these projects are closely related, therefore the
applicants have joined forces to make a single application.
Please note the changes in the Estates west layout. These changes
should not have any significant effect on your review but we want
everyone to be aware of the proposal. The Midland Greens layout has not
changed appreciably since you last reviewed it.
