Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, February 16, 1988, from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m., in the Engineering
Conference Room*, new City Hall, 300 LaPorte Ave., the staff of the Planning
Department will hold a public meeting on an administrative review for a
project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly know as
Replat of Flynn's Resubdivision of Lots 11, 12 and 13 in Block 1 of G. F.
Wiards Addition.
The applicants are seeking administrative approval to replat the Lots into 2
lots. The proposed project is located west of College Avenue and north of
Prospect Road.
The purpose of the February 16th meeting is to receive comments from the
surrounding residents and allow the Planning Director to approve, disapprove,
or approval with conditions, the proposed minor subdivision. The Staff would
strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written
comments may be sent.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this administrative
meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor.
Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or
because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been
missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so
all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
