I respectfully request that the cul-de-sac known as Prospect Court
found in Flinn's Resubdivision of Lots 11, 12 and 13
in Block 1 of G.W. Wiards addition to the
City of Fort Collins
be vacated.
The above land will be developed in -a planned PUD along with
adjacent lands I own and the -vacation is necessary for that purpose.
