The proposed project is commonly known as the Ricketts Minor Subdivision, Case Number #9-88A. The applicants are seeking administrative approval for a one lot subdivision consisting of 18,238 square feet. The proposed subdivision is located north of Mulberry Street and west of Taft Hill Road and is zoned R-L, Low Density Residential. This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in accor- dance with City Ordinance 113-87. The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office.
