Dear Resident:
On Thursday, May 19, 1988, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Confer-
ence Room, 300 LaPorte Avenue*, the Staff of the Planning Department will
hold a public hearing on an administrative review for a project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as the Ricketts Minor
Subdivision, Case Number #9-88A.
The applicants are seeking administrative approval for a one lot subdivision
consisting of 18,238 square feet. The proposed subdivision is located north of
Mulberry Street and west of Taft Hill Road and is zoned R-L, Low Density
Residential.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in accor-
dance with City Ordinance 113-87.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportu-
nity to attend.
