The proposed pro- ject is commonly known as Ricketts Subdivision - Preliminary - Case Number 9-88. The applicants are requesting approval for 35 single family lots on 10.02 acres. The project is located at 2300 West Mulberry, zoned R-L, Low Density Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
