Dear Citizen:
On Thursday, March 24, 1988, at 1:30 p.m., in the office of the Director of
Planning Director*, 300 LaPorte Avenue, the staff of the Planning Department
will hold an Administrative Hearing for a subdivision commonly known as
Gallegos Subdivision.
The applicants are proposing a one lot subdivision and is located on the west
side of North Taft Hill Road, approximately 180' north of LaPorte Avenue.
This subdivision request is being processed and reviewed in accordance with
City Ordinance 113-87.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify you neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportu-
nity to attend.
