Attached is a copy of a letter to Sheri Wamhoff which is self explanitory.
Note that we are withdrawing that portion of the replat application that dealt with the
change in the orientation of two of the lots (Lots #3 & #4).
Ken Scavo will be delivering new drawings that will show the original approved plat.
We would certainly appreciate getting this project back on the Consent Agenda for the
January 27' Planning and Zoning meeting.

This is a follow up to my letter of December 31, 1996.
As we discussed, we have met with:

I believe we have addressed their concerns and they are now prepared to support the
replat application.
As you know, we are withdrawing that part of the application that asked for a change in
the orientation of lots #3 and #4 so we are back to the original plat. Ken Scavo will be
delivering copies of this 'new' plat to you just as soon as he can get it produced.
Hopefully this will enable you to get this project back on the consent agenda for the
January 27, 1997 Planning and Zoning meeting.
