The default setting is "1" ("on") in AutoCAD. To change the setting and remove this feature, type "EPDFSHX" in the command line and enter "0". The drainage easement submitted also needs to signed by an attorney representing the owner or grantor.Updated drainage easement exhibit provided by surveyor 04/25/2022: FOR FINAL APPROVAL:The easement dedication is missing the exhibit and the dates do not match. Easement dedications will need to be approved before plans can be signed.Comment Number: 9 06/23/2022: FOR APPROVAL: Please use the most recent signature block, found here: https://www.fcgov.com/engineering/files/utilitysigblock.pdf?1611856399I apologize for checklist item XX.F it needs updating. The signature block is only needed on the first page on the utility plans.Updated signature blocks have been incorporated Comment Number: 10 Comment Originated: 06/23/202206/23/2022: FOR APPROVAL:Many of the sheets in the site plan have cloud bubbles with the letter E circumscribed by a triangle. What are those? Please remove for final plans.REVClouds have been removed Comment Number: 11 06/24/2022: FOR APPROVAL:We are working through the approval of the easement vacation, but we have some questions. What easements are being proposed and what is existing? The 2009 utility plans show a drainage easement, but there is no reception number and I have been unable to locate it. The easement vacation is also saying that the intention is to vacate a proposed easement. If the drainage easement shown is indeed proposed, then there is no need to a vacation. You could just add "exceptions" to the easement dedication. Please reach out to myself and Jeff County for further questions on this.Per previous discussion, the drainage easement shown in the 2009 utility plan was never recorded. New drainage easement with excepted portions for support piers is provided.Comment Number: 12 06/30/2022: FOR APPROVAL:Please note that the proposed access easement will require a separate dedication as well.Department: Light And PowerContact: Austin Kreager, 9702246152, akreager@fcgov.comTopic: GeneralComment Number: 1 04/25/2022: INFORMATION:Thank you for providing me with a c1 form and oneline early on.
