8. THE LOCATION OF THE EXISTING 24" IRRIGATION PIPE NORTH OF
THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY LINE IS UNKNOWN. THE PIPE SHALL BE
LOCATED AND REMOVED WITH THE RELOCATION OF THE
IRRIGATION SYSTEM AS SHOWN ON THE UTILITY PLANS.
9. THE NATURAL HABITAT BUFFER ZONE IS INTENDED TO BE

1. EXISTING UNDERGROUND AND OVERHEAD PUBLIC AND PRIVATE
UTILITIES AS SHOWN ARE INDICATED ACCORDING TO THE BEST
INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE ENGINEER. THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO CALL ALL UTILITY COMPANIES (PUBLIC

CDOT WITH A FINAL PAVEMENT DESIGN REPORT DURING
CONSTRUCTION.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION.
5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REFER TO SHEETS C5.30-C5.31 FOR
