PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. WHERE REQUIRED BY THE FIRE CODE OFFICIAL,

CODE. ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES IN THE REGULATORY FLOODWAY MUST ALSO INCLUDE A NO-RISE
CERTIFICATION PREPARED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN COLORADO.
21.STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS (TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT) IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE FLOODWAY.
22.ANY ITEMS IN THE FLOODWAY THAT CAN FLOAT SUCH AS BIKE RACKS, PICNIC TABLES, ETC. MUST BE ANCHORED.
23.A STABILITY STUDY MAY BE REQUIRED FOR WORK WITHIN THE EROSION BUFFER.
