Soils information is on file for the project having previously submitted with the first phases of the project. These indicate no significant geological hazards, high water table, nor the existence of any flood plain. Soils information is not included since it is on file in order to preserve our natural resources. ?. The traffic report was revised in July of 1992. It documents the uses on tracts G and E as we are planning them with this project. The Traffic Engineer discussed the project with the City Transportation Engineer who informed him that no update is necessary. The Current Assess Study is on file so we are providing two copies in order to preserve our natural resources. 4. A temporary Sales Unit is not planned at this time.
