The proposed projects are commonly known as Horsetooth West P.u.D. - Amended Overall Development Plan, #14-88I, Silver Oaks P.U.D., Commercial - Preliminary, #14-88J, and Silver Oaks P.U.D., Paired Housing - Preliminary, #14- 88K. The applicant .-is requesting. an amendment_ to the Overall Development Plan consisting of a plan to replace a church/daycare site with duplexes on Tract G, located at the northwest corner of Taft Hill and Horsetooth Roads and zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential. The applicant is also requesting 35,000 s.f. of mixed -use retail and office complex, including a convenience center and a daycare, on 5.02 acres located at the northwest corner of Taft Hill and Horsetooth Roads and zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential. The applicant is requesting a third project consisting of 20 residential units in a paired configuration on 3.86 acres located a the northwest corner of Horsetooth Road and Auntie Stone Street, south of Olander School and zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal.- If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent'as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. Due to notice being a month in advance, please contact our office prior to the hearing for status of the project.
