WE HAVE ROUGHLY 9-10 FEET OF SEPARATION
BETWEEN EDGE OF STORM PIPE AND WATER
SERVICE IN THIS CORRIDOR. IF THE STORM PIPE REMAINS
AND WE ARE FORCED TO GO TO 6' (OR 5') SEPARATION,
WE MAY NEED TO PUSH THE BUILDINGS "OUT" A FOOT OR TWO.
IF WE ARE FORCED TO GO 6' FROM BUILDINGS, THAT SEPARATION
SHRINKS TO 7' OR LESS
WE HAVE SEPARATION ISSUES HERE, ALSO.
MY IDEA IS TO PUSH BUILDING 8 OUT BY 1-FOOT
AND THEN RE-ALIGN THE STORM PIPE IN THIS
CORRIDOR TO BE PARALLEL TO BUILDING 8 (SO
THE SEPARATION REMAINS CONSTANT).
I BELIEVE WE CAN ELIMINATE THIS PIPE AND SURFACE FLOW TO A CHASE DOWN BY THE POND.
ALSO LOOKS LIKE WE CAN MAKE A LOW POINT (E/W) IN CAJETAN STREET TO ELIMINATE THE TWO
INLETS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STREET.
WHAT CONSIDERATIONS NEED TO BE MADE FOR THE CHASE (IF ANY?).
WILL ALSO TRY TO FIT A RAIN GARDEN IN THERE.FFF
