Dear Ric: On Monday, February 28, 1994, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 5 0 to approve the following items: 1. Horsetooth--West Amended Overall'Development Plan, #14-88I 2. Silver Oaks Commercial Preliminary P.U.D., #14-88J 3. Silver Oaks Paired Housing Preliminary P.U.D., #14-88K. Please note that Silver Oaks Commercial Preliminary P.U.D. was approved with the following condition: At "the time.of Final. P.U.D., the. Site Plan and other -pertinent documents shall state that the allowable operating hours of the carwash are restricted to between 6:00 a.m., and 11:00 p.m. If you have any questions regarding this action of the Planning and Zoning Board, please feel free to call the Planning Department at 221-6750.
