THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INSPECT SITE POLLUTANT SOURCES AND IMPLEMENT CONTROL MEASURES AT A MINIMUM OF ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS DURING CONSTRUCTION AND WITHIN 24 HOURS FOLLOWING A PRECIPITATION EVENT. LAND DISTURBANCE, STOCKPILES, AND STORAGE OF SOILS 20.THERE SHALL BE NO EARTH-DISTURBING ACTIVITY OUTSIDE THE LIMITS DESIGNATED ON THE ACCEPTED PLANS. OFF ROAD STAGING AREAS OR STOCKPILES MUST BE PREAPPROVED BY THE CITY. DISTURBANCES BEYOND THESE LIMITS WILL BE RESTORED TO ORIGINAL CONDITION. 21.PRE-DISTURBANCE VEGETATION SHALL BE IDENTIFIED, PROTECTED, AND RETAINED WHEREVER POSSIBLE.
