RE: Silver Oaks Amended Overall Development Plan
Dear Mr. Hattman:
On August 24, 1992, the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning
Board approved the Silver Oaks Amended Overall Development Plan,
subject to the following condition:
That the land use designation of Tract E be redesignated to
retail/commercial/office/business service as the primary use
with Neighborhood Convenience Center as a secondary use.
Approval of Neighborhood Convenience Center as a secondary use
is subject to review and evaluation of a Preliminary P.U.D.
and will not require any further amendment of the Overall
Development Plan.
