Dear Jim:
The City Planning Department has asked the school district to select a
name from their list for the street to be located in front of the school,
which we have been referring to as the "unnamed collector". After discussing
this with Jay Holeman, and Jim Law, we felt that it would be more appropriate
for. the school district to invite you to make this selection since the
school site is a minor portion of the land area that will be served by
the collector when compared to your remaining property. Also we felt that
any theme if any, that you might be considering for street names could
be congruent to the entire area (i.e. all Avenues, Drives, Streets etc.)
Please write the City Planning Department indicating your selection from
the enclosed list and the proper name, and forward a copy of same to the
school district. The City would like this information as soon as possible
since a presentation of the school site plan is scheduled for April 24,
1989 with the Planning and Zoning Board.
