ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION
1. The owner of all the property within the Master Plan is TAFT
HILL PARTNERS LIMITED in care of SCAVO REALTY, 220 East Mul-
berry, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524, 482-0844.
2. Mailing labels for adjacent property owners, as required, was
submitted in January for the Neighborhood Meeting.
3. The Planning Objectives are included under separate cover.
4. Legal Description of the site is included under separate
cover.
5. Public open space areas will be limited to the detention area
adjacent to Taft Hill Road in the Northeast corner of the site.
This would be developed at such a time as required to detain
water from several sites which may not provide complete re-
quired detention on site.
6. A phasing schedule is provided on the plan.
7. Drainage concept is provided under separate cover.
8. Concept Review was held July 27, 1987, for this project.
