Howes Street Fort Collins, CO 80524 Dear Dick: The Stitch Tee, Inc. expansion of a non -conforming use was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on May 23, 1988 with the following conditions: 1. No cleaning or fueling of trucks can occur on site. 2. The area shown for "tractor" parking should be switched with the location shown for "trailer" parking. The first condition should be shown on the site plan as a note and the other should be reflected graphically on the site plan. As we previously discussed, a signature block for the Planning and Zoning Board and an owner's block are also needed on the site plan. We will need a representative of the Union Pacific Railroad to sign as the owner of the land. I suggest that Charlie Lockman or Arlo Deines make contact with Paul Gage (of UP) in Cheyenne for the appropriate signature. There will be a hold placed on building permit issuance until items on the storm drainage report/plan are resolved. I will be able to file the mylar of the site plan 14 days after the Board's approval, or on June 7, 1988. Please contact me if you have any questions. Sincerely, Sherry Al e tson-Clark Senior Cit tanner cc: file OFFICE OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, PLANNING 300 LaPorte Ave. • P.O. Box 580 • Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 • (303) 221.6750
