OFFICE OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, PLANNING DEPARTMENT
April 21, 1988
Dear Resident:
On Thursday, May 5, 1988, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at Shepardson Elementary
School*, 1501 Springwood Dr., the staff of the Planning Department will hold a
public information meeting on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Stitch Tech Expansion.
The applicants are proposing a 30,000 square foot expansion of an existing
warehouse for Stitch Tech, Inc. The proposed project is located north of Har-
mony Road and east of the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks.
The purpose of the May 5th meeting is to present the proposed development
plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive
comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff would
strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written
comments may be sent.
The
list of affected property owners being
notified for this
neighborhood meet-
ing
is derived from official records of the
Larimer County
Assessor. Because of
the
lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping,
or because of rental
situations, a few affected property owners
may have been
missed. Please feel
free
to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all
neighbors may have
the
opportunity to attend.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call our office at
221-6750, or Dick Rutherford, representing the applicant, at 482-9331.
Sincerely,
