HomeMy WebLinkAboutEMERSON ACRES SUBDIVISION - MINOR SUB - 22-88 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONMINOR SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING EMERSON ACRES SUBDIVISION PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER =22-88 WHEREAS, the applicants, Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Karen Dickinson, have duly followed the City procedure for Minor Subdivisions as outlined in Section 29-644(g) of the City Code and have submitted their application for Minor Subdi- vision of the following described property, to wit: That portion of the "Emerson Acres Annexation" to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, located in the southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 6 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.Nl., City of Fort Col- lins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-644(g) including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, posting of a sign on the property, and publication of a legal notification in a daily newspaper of general circulation; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Thursday, December I, 1988, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department Conference Room, for purposes of establishing a vested right under Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The minor subdivision now known as Emerson Acres be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City of Fort Collins for streets and utilities. B. The lots in this subdivision front on a dedicated right-of-way. C.
