Dear Property Owner,
On Thursday, December 1, 1988, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference
Room*, New City Hall, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will con-
duct an administrative hearing regarding the Emerson Acres Subdivision.
The Emerson Acres Subdivision is a request to divide 34.25 acres into 5 resi-
dential building lots. The property is located in the southwest quarter of
Section 18, Township 6 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M. This area is
also known as the northeast corner of South Lemay Avenue (old County Road
#9) and County Road 32 (Windsor Road).
The purpose of the administrative hearing is to review the request for the 5
lot subdivision known as Emerson Acres. If there are concerns or questions
regarding this subdivision request, please call the City of Fort Collins Planning
Department or attend the administrative hearing on Thursday, December 1,
1988, at 1:30 p.m., New City Hall, 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado,
80521.
