Dear Resident:
The March 14, 1988, letter you received from the City of Fort Collins announ-
cing the Planning and Zoning Board hearing on the proposed Union Pacific
South Third No. 1 - Annexation and Zoning, Case Number 15-88, A, and the
Union Pacific South Third No. 2 - Annexation and Zoning, Case Number 16-88,
A, unfortunately contained errors concerning the requested zoning for the
annexations. The requested zoning for the annexations is actually the I-L,
Limited Industrial, Zoning District, and NOT the T-Transitional Zoning District
as indicated in the March .14, 1988, letter.
The property owner wishes to expand the existing warehouse located north of
Harmony Road and cast of the railroad tracks. The I-L zone is primarily for
light industrial uses, including warehouses and enclosed storage facilities. All
light industrial uses must be shown on a site plan submitted to and approved
by the Director of Planning.
I am sorry for the errors contained in the March 14, 1988, letter. If you have
any comments or questions, please feel free to contact me at 221-6753.
Sincerely,
Kenneth G. Waido
