The requested zoning for the annexations is actually the I-L, Limited Industrial, Zoning District, and NOT the T-Transitional Zoning District as indicated in the March 14, 1988, letter. The property owner wishes to expand the existing warehouse located north of Harmony Road and east of the railroad tracks. The I-L zone is primarily for light industrial uses, including warehouses and enclosed storage facilities. All light industrial uses must be shown on a site plan submitted to and approved by the Director of Planning. I am sorry for the errors contained in the March 14, 1988, letter.
