Boxelder Sanitation District (BSD) has reviewed Bloom Phase 1 PDP. This is a
is a Preliminary Design Review for the development of approximately 271 dwelling units
The District hereby advises as follows:
There is no objection to this proposal.
Responses required to comments below.
The District will respond at the hearing date of ______________.
Comments:
1) Responses were not prepared for the Round 1 submittal on 3-8-22.
2) Boxelder signature blocks are needed on the cover sheet or on all sewer sheets.
3) Standalone easement will be required for all sewers that are not located in the public
R.O.W. and in alley tracts. The easements are necessary to address access and
maintenance issue that are not included on the plat. Standard easement width for
Boxelder is 30-feet. District Easement template has been sent to the engineer.
