Dear Steve,
We met on site with Tim Buchanan regarding the Hugh M. Woods
project. We have identified the trees to be removed from the site and they
are indicated on our site plan. Mr. Buchanan has indicated that the five
trees being removed can be replaced by sixteen new trees. Presently we
have 52 trees satisfying the right-of-way planting and 36 trees satisfying
the parking lot planting. There are 70 additional trees indicated on the
site plan which adequately replace the trees being removed. We hope this
satisfies staff concerns.
