This letter is to confirm our conversation of this morning
during which you agreed that we would have until February 24, 1995
to provide you with a letter from my office advising the City that
an agreement has been executed between Hugh M. Woods and the owners
of the Hickory House South Restaurant which requires that such
owners provide the City with a public access easement for the
realigned frontage road after approval of the Hugh M. Woods Final
PUD and concurrently with the approval of the development agreement
and final utility plans for the Hugh M. Woods project.
Please let me know immediately if the above is not consistent
with your understanding.
