The City Transportation Department requests, prior to
Hugh M. Woods tiling its Final P.U.D. plan submittal on
December 19, 1994, that you acknowledge that it is your
general intent to work out a mutually acceptable agreement
to reroute the frontage road that is currently located to
the east of your property so that it passes through the
south portion of your property.
The attached plan is the "preferred" general way for such
rerouting, subject to working out details as to construction
timing and details, cost allocation, speed control and
stripping, whether it is an easement or dedicated right of
way, etc, which are details we plan to work towards
resolving over the next several weeks.
