Woods Frontage Road 117 East Mountain Avenue Fort CoAins, CO 80,524 Phone (303) 484-1921 Fax (303) 484-2443 RECEIVED NOV 2 8 1994 Steve reported that he had submitted drawings of the latest frontage road parking layout developed by Kay Force to Kangaroo Storage Company. Although the manager felt that the new layout would work, the owner is insisting that the frontage road remain open. He is turning the matter over to his attorney, Steve Howard. Hickory House owners responded favorably to the new plan. However, they are concerned about maintenance of the public access way. Deli Works has not been contacted at this time. (1 feel that it is important that Deli works be contacted regarding this matter.) At this time Hickory House has agreed verbally to implementing landscape improvements per the new layout. H.M. Woods has agreed to pay for paving the new access street. This still leaves the cost of constructing new parking bays. Tom Vossberg said that he would contact Rex Burns at the county regarding acceptance of a ROW that would encompass the public access through the Hickory House property. Tom Vossberg has arranged a meeting of interested parties on Tue, Nov. 29th, 2:00 p.m_ at City Planning, 281 N.
