They had just received this information from you on Friday, December 9, 1994,• When I Was attending a seminar; and was unavailable. My clients require more time to research the valuation of the property. Additionally, they would like ate. that they will still be able to save agfiha`city into commercial property, meaning that the cityeasement is not :for wetlands, but for drainage onlegrets that t y, and that my clients may may later change the drainage system by installintgg culverts, etc, Additionally, my Clients are aware that an adjoining landowner may be applying to the city to change his drainage easemsnt to the bask of his property. They believe that such a charge will affect the flow of the drainage to the south, thus resulting in a change of the easement. XY clients• main concerns are that they be fairly can ensatsd for the easement, that they not -be negatively pea e n the development of their property in the future because of the easement, and that the easement is properly described &a to how it will lie given the factor of the change noted above. my clients are not opposed to Commercial development,of the area, and realise that their current hope may become commercial property, r iring these to move their residence. Nor do they have any obTection to Hugh K. Woods iodating in tha area. Thdy are simply trying to protect their interests. Please contact me regarding your thoughts on these issues, please also give me your telephone number so that I may easily reach you. Thank you for your time and attention.
