Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, November 14, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning
to hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Hugh M.
Woods PUD - Preliminary, #26-88D.
The applicant is requesting a 73,500 s.f. building supply center,
with 63,500 s.f. of associated commodity and covered outdoor
storage, on 15.8 acres located on South College Avenue at Skyway
Drive and zoned bp, Planned Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's
input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
further information about this item, please feel free to contact me

p.m., the remaining items may be continued to Monday, November 21st
at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall West.
