Dear Mr. Johnson:
2216378 P.02
Based on the authority conferred to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service by the Endangered
Species Act of 1973, as amended (16 U.S.C. 1531 et. seq.), the Service reviewed the report
you prepared for the Payless Cashways, Inc.'s proposed Hugh M. Woods site comprising 30
acres of land (eastern portion of the NVA and SETA Section 11, Township 6 North, Range 69
West), in the City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado.
The Service finds the report acceptable and agrees with your finding that the threatened
species Spiranthes i iluvialis (Ute ladies' -tresses orchid) is not present within the subject area
where the survey was performed. We appreciate your interest in conserving rare species. If
the Service can be of further assistance, please contact Bernardo Garza at (303) 231-5280.
Sincerely,
{
