Location: The northern portion of the Timan Master Plan. Located on
the west side of College Ave. at Skyway Drive.

A new concept of this facility will give users the option of
transacting all bulk item sales in the yard.
Circulation: Per the approved Master Plan, access is planned off of
Skyway Dr., which has a signalized intersection at College
Ave. A secondary access will be a "right -in, right -out" on
College Ave. The Master Plan ultimately anticipates a
second signalized intersection on college Ave., as well as an
entrance off Trilby Road. These access points would be part
of the future development of the site under other owners.
