QUESTIONS, CONCERNS COMMENTS:
1. What kind of showroom will this be?
At the present time there is not a specific user for the showroom building.
Alternative uses listed on the site plan include: furniture sales, car sales?,
, and
The use will be established at final submittal.
2. Will any of the streets on the master plan extend to the west?
The way the master plan is currently designed, all access will come from Col-
lege Avenue, Trilby Road and Skyway Drive with no connection to the west.
I Traffic on Skyway Drive is a problem. Why not access this site from the
proposed circular drive. The steep grade on Skyway Drive will be hazardous
for left hand turns in the winter time, when the road is icy.
4. Will there be a traffic light at Skyway and College? When? Who will pay
for it?
5. Who will maintain Skyway? Is Skyway being annexed?
6. We are concerned about land uses on this site. We wouldn't want to see
any bars or strip joints located here.

7. There is a concern about the view of the people living above this develop-
ment. Will there be mechanical equipment on the roof?
8. Will Skyway Drive be improved ?
