On Thursday, April 28, L988, from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m., at the Foothills Gateway
Rehabilitation Facility*, 301 E. Skyway Dr., the staff of the Planning Depart-
ment will hold a public information meeting on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Timan Property
P.U.D. - First Phase, Preliminary.
The applicants are proposing a 60,000 square foot retail/showroom facility on
5.14 acres. The proposed project is located south of Skyway Drive and west of
College Avenue.
The purpose of the April 28th meeting is to present the proposed development
plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive com-
ments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff would strongly
urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written comments may
be sent.

being
notified for this
neighborhood meet-
ing
is derived from official records
of the
Larimer County
Assessor. Because of
the
lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping,
or because of rental
situations, a few affected property
owners
may have been
missed. Please feel
free
to notify your neighbor of this
pending
meeting so all
neighbors may have
the
opportunity to attend.
