RE: Timan Master Plan #26-88B/8-09
Dear Linda,
Here's my response to staff comments of December 2, 1988:
1. Traffic comments noted and the site plan now indicates the signalized
access point at a distance of 650 feet north of Tribly which is consistent
with the intent of the South College Access Plan.
The right in/right out 500 feet north of Tribly has been removed as you
requested.
The right in/right out intersection south of Skyway has note added re -
justification for left -in north bound turn. See Site Plan.
Also note added re -access points in conformance with South College Access
Plan 1988.
2. RBD, Consulting Engineers, are responding to storm drainage comments.
3. Comment regarding erosion control measures is now Note #4 on Site Plan.
4. Topography of out -parcel revised, as requested.
5. Comment regarding waiver to first phase preliminary submittal is noted on
Site Plan (#9).
6. Note #7 revised to "existing zoning is BP". Planning objectives revised
accordingly.
7. Note #4 was missing. Refer to comment #3 in this letter.
Sincerely,
