The pro- posed project is commonly known as Timan Master Plan, Case Number 26-88B. The applicants are seeking approval for a master plan which consists of 57 acres of business service uses. The proposed project is located west of South College Avenue, south of Skyway Drive, and north of Trilby Road and is zoned B-P, Planned Busi- ness. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
