Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 RE: Timan Master Plan/8-09 Staff Comments 5/20/88 Dear Linda, At long last here are our responses to the above: 1. Master Plan now annotated "BP with P.U.D. Condition". 2. Density of surrounding residential neighborhoods is 3.8 DU/acre. This is now noted on the plan. 3. A statement of the developers intent for a cohesive architectural and landscape design for the project is added to the plan. 4. Note #4 re: Specific Land Uses now removed, as per our phone conversation 11-7-88. 5. The South College Access Plan is now available. It is our understanding that it supports the access points which are shown on the Master Plan along College. 6. This comment was made before we had the benefit of the Access Plan. It is our understanding that a signal between Skyway Drive and Trilby Road can now be justified. 7. A public street connection is now designed between Skyway Drive and the interior street system. 8. Comment noted. 9. Comment noted. Southwest corner of Trilby Road and College Avenue is now labelled an out parcel, and the legal description altered accordingly. 10. Half right-of-ways on College and Trilby now shown on plan. 11. Comment noted regarding State Highway Access Plans. land planning • architecture 2900 S. College Avenue Fort Collins.
